At Plastimarmol we work according to ASME standards to seal dual laminated GRP containers fulfilling the ASME RTP-1 and ASTM C1147 standards. The scope of our work includes containers with mechanically or chemically bonded thermoplastic liners (liner classification A).

We use pressure forming technologies to manufacture thermoplastic coatings. We are equipped to perform the critical ASTM tests required to manufacture double laminate fiberglass (GRP). Internal tests include ASTM C1147, ASTM D1781, and ASTM D3846.

We manufacture dual fiberglass (GRP) equipment and integrate the fluoropolymers into the GRP. We have the equipment to form, weld, and machine all of the following thermoplastics: PFA, FEP, MFA, ETFE, ECTFE, PVDF, PVDF-Flex, Polypropylene, CPVC, and PVC. We are specialized in the manufacture of thermoplastic components for high purity and chemically aggressive applications.
